The mortar spraying machine is suitable for reinforcement, leveling, painting, and pumping. It can be used for ordinary mortar plastering of internal and external walls, smoothing plaster, thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, lime paint, repairing painting, face ash, sticking tiles, and filling mortar.

The mortar spraying machine is mainly composed of a driving device, rotor assembly, air system, spraying system, electrical control system, and other parts. The driving device is connected with the cycloid reducer by the motor and installed at one end of the machine. The motor is directly installed on the reducer, parallel to the axis of the rotor and stator.

The rotor of the machine is made of special alloy material, which is quenched and modulated at high temperatures. The stator is made of special rubber material, so as to improve wear resistance, strength and reduce maintenance workload. The air system is driven by a 2.2kW motor and the air compressor produces high-pressure air pressure, which is supplied to the nozzle through the safety valve and pressure limiting valve, and the slurry is sprayed out. Spraying system the system is composed of conveying hose and nozzle. The conveying hose is made of a wear-resistant slurry pipe. The nozzle is made of polymer material by pressure injection. The mortar pipe, gas pipe, and air valve are fixed on the nozzle. Electric control system the control box is composed of leakage air automatic switch, AC contactor, thermal relay, and start-stop button, which can realize leakage, over-current, short circuit, and other protection functions.
